Welcome to Web Turple. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Web Turple provides website design, development, and related digital services. All services are subject to the terms of a written proposal, contract, or service agreement accepted by both parties.
2. Quotes & Proposals
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
A project begins only once a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to a separate estimate and approval.
3. Payments
A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to website launch or delivery of final files.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure that all materials supplied (text, images, logos, etc.) do not infringe third-party rights.
Maintain backups of all provided content.
5. Revisions & Changes
Projects include a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final website design and deliverables become your property.
Web Turple retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials.
Any third-party software, plugins, or licenses remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
7. Warranties & Limitations
Web Turple provides services on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee specific results (such as search engine rankings or sales).
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party software, hosting providers, or user mismanagement.
8. Website Hosting & Maintenance
If Web Turple provides hosting or maintenance:
Services are billed separately unless included in your agreement.
Interruptions or downtime due to external providers are outside our control.
We may suspend hosting for non-payment or misuse of services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.
If you terminate early, payments for completed work remain due.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or during service delivery is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada (or update jurisdiction if you’d like). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
