Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Web Turple, we put care into every website and digital solution we create. Because our work is tailored to each client, we follow this Refund & Cancellation Policy to keep things fair and transparent.

1. Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure your project.

  • Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable as they cover planning, strategy, and resource allocation.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Work Begins → A full refund of your deposit may be issued if you cancel before any project work starts.

  • After Work Begins → You are responsible for payment of all completed work and expenses up to the cancellation date. Deposits remain non-refundable.

  • After Delivery → Once a project or milestone is completed and delivered, no refunds are available.

3. Service-Based Refunds

Because services are digital and custom:

  • Website design, development, and consulting services are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Hosting, maintenance, or subscription services are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the active billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Refunds cannot be granted if:

  • Delays occur due to missing content, slow feedback, or lack of communication.

  • Dissatisfaction arises from a change of preference after the agreed work has been delivered as specified.

5. Our Commitment to Quality

We don’t offer refunds on completed work — instead, we offer revisions (as outlined in your agreement) to make sure the final result aligns with your expectations. Additional revisions beyond scope may be billed separately.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Web Turple fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement and does not resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • A billing error occurs (such as a duplicate charge).

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or raise a concern, please email web@turple.com with your project details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

8. Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date.
