Turple Communications is committed to delivering high-quality web solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. However, we understand that in certain cases, a refund may be necessary. Please review our policy below for clarity on eligibility and conditions.

Website Development Overview

Our website development projects are comprised of two core components:

  • Web Design – This phase includes the creation of the initial website mockup and layout, aligning with your brand and user experience goals.

  • Web Development – This includes the implementation of CMS/blog systems, e-commerce solutions, and custom coding using PHP, ASP, or JSP, tailored to your project requirements.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a 100% refund of any upfront payment made, under the following circumstances:

  1. Unsatisfactory Initial Design:
    You are not satisfied with the first website mockup or layout, and a suitable revision cannot be achieved.

  2. Project Not Started:
    We have not begun work on your project, or there is a significant delay in initiation from our side.

  3. Inability to Deliver:
    Turple Communications is unable to complete the project as per the specifications outlined in the approved scope.

  4. Prompt Cancellation:
    You cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment, and work has not commenced.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The design mockup has been approved and development work is underway.

  • Delays are caused by insufficient communication, lack of content, or project inactivity on the client’s end.

  • The project is canceled after substantial progress has been made.

  • The scope of the project has changed mid-way without a formal agreement or new contract.

Hosting & Domain Services

  • Hosting Services:
    Yearly pre-paid hosting plans canceled by the client may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining time and plan level. Monthly hosting plans are non-refundable.

  • Domain Name Registration:
    Due to third-party registrar policies, domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original method of payment.
